Darrin and Holly Rickman came to me with a nice lot in River Place. The buildable area was long and narrow, and the design reflects that. The Rickman's wanted all of the primary rooms of the house to be arranged around a covered porch and an upper covered deck. It was also important for the client to have a curving staircase.
