Unfortunately, this plan never got built, because of the turn down in the million plus dollar home market. The lots in Arbolago were oversized with great trees and good street frontage. This corner lot is flat and was accentuated by this plan. This home was designed to appear larger than it was and take advantage of the street corner. The unique curving living room is complimented by the fireplace centered on the exterior wall. As always, the Porte Cochere adds drama and interest to the elevation.
