A hilltop with 180 degree view of
Barton Creek is the site for this custom residence. The clients wanted
to take advantage of the great view with their new custom home. The
Master Bedroom, Study, Family Room, Breakfast and Kitchen all take
advantage of the view. One of the great features incorporated into the
house is a see-through fireplace between the family room and the
country kitchen, with the kitchen also having a view of the fireplace.
Natural light plays a key in the success of this design. Every room has an abundance of windows, and by utilizing a "one-room width" the residence has fantastic natural ventilation.
