A townhouse design for the Marina Club at the Austin Country Club was an exciting challenge. The difficult part was the ACC, they liked to work with one builder and one architect.
The client, Marilyn Rabkin, wanted to use thier own builder and me as the Architect. We worked through the restrictions, and complied with the ACC requirements.
Recently purchased a home in Belvedere (Austin, TX) designed by Elliot Johnson.
As soon as I saw this home, I knew I had to have it! Wonderful flow and placement of rooms makes it perfect for our lifestyle. I was not aware that Elliot was the architect until after I made the offer, and I was pleasantly surprised as I had years previously built a spec home using Elliot Johnson!
In my opinion, one of the top architects in Texas!
