Another lot in Vistapointe is the home of this residence. The lot was relatively narrow, with a great view off of the rear right corner. The design of the house takes this into account, by placing the master bedroom at the back left corner and the family room with a great porch in the central area of the residence.
The design orginally included a basement area, however, the client ended up removing the basement after finding out the cost.
