This is the first duplex that I
have designed for the Brohn Group in the City of Austin. The duplex was
designed around some significant trees making the floor plan a little
unique. The builder wanted to do an upscale look so we worked with a
Texas Regional style.
This duplex for the City of Austin complies with the current interpretation of the City's Mcmansion ordinance.
We have developed a good reputation for understanding and designing within the oridnance.
