This is the fourth home that I have designed for this small community in Riverplace. The site was large and had no significant trees to save, however, it did have a lot of slope. The clients liked the look of the Porte Cochere and a French Country style. A downstairs game room, media, bar and master bedroom all wrap around the backyard.
