This is the second house that I have designed for Brad and Misty Danielson. The lot was more challenging than their first home.
Elliot is a great listener. He places the home on the property perfectly taking into consideration the view,slope and property setbacks.
He does not waste space with hallways. His designs are open with a lot of natural light. He is up to date on all current market changes. He is very conscientious of the environment and is up to date on solar,energy efficient building, and cost effective construction management.
I recommend Elliot when ever I can.
