We have spent numerous summers vacationing along the California Coast.
The architecture in the North Coast could be described as 'dated' and for whatever reason, they have low ceilings and mostly don't take advantage of the views.
This is my take on creating a modern ocean home with a wonderful view, yet livable.
While the home is not tiny, it is compact and efficient!
