Diane and Rob Enas were referred to me by Lakepointe's developer Don Walden. Mr. Walden was concerned that their preliminary architect was not taking advantage of the lake views from the side of thier lot. After meeting with Diane, the Enas's asked me to be the Architect for their house. The primary view of the lake is actually to the side, so to take advantage of this, we staggered the plan so that all of the ground floor rooms had a view. In addition, we designed a great outdoor space that also had the best view of the lake.
