Austin, these comfortable smaller homes were perfect for a young
family. The client, Robin Drummond wanted to do two projects next to
each other, with similar features and budgets. The challenge was to
design an efficient and cost effective floor plan that appealed to a
wide variety of potential clients, but were still unique.
