This plan was developed for a subdivision in Dripping Springs called The Preserve. The builder, Randy Rollo, wanted a plan that would appeal to clients looking for homes in the country, yet still elegant in nature. The formal living room is separated from the informal areas by the stairs to the second floor. The addition of a Porte Cochere makes the home look considerably larger than it is.
