A functional and efficient floor
plan was what Dan and Elaine Ulhrich wanted most. Additional Features
that were important to them were a walk-in shower, separate his and
hers closets, a larger second bedroom for their teenage daughter.
Not every client wants to see into their Family room from the entry, which was the case with the Ulhrich's, and what better to screen the entry than a really great fireplace. A slightly oversized three car garage was important as well.
