This sophisticated plan was developed for a client from Santa Fe, New Mexico. The plan was inspired from my visit to some luxury homes in the Santa Fe area after visiting with the client. It has a number of southwestern influences including; kiva fireplaces, viga and latilla ceilings, and large plate glass windows to take advantage of the incredible views from this lot.
The negative edge pool, spa, and outdoor living area compliment the house and make it a very social home. In addition, the Master bath boasts a walk-in shower, see-through fireplace and his and her vanities. There is an exercise room, a wine room, butler pantry, and a gourmet kitchen.
A separate guest suite sits atop the two-car garage with its own entry, kitchen, and living area.
