This project is one of the larger remodels that I have worked on. The client wanted to add a game room/pool table area along with a sitting area in the first floor.
In addition, they wanted the kitchen to be reworked.
Also, the second floor over the addition was where the new master bedroom and bath are. A new covered deck of of the Master Bedroom was on the clients wish list.
