The clients wanted to build on a
tiny lot in West Lake Hills. This plan incorporated the features that
the clients wanted in an elegant Texas regional style home.
The challenge ended up being the impervious cover limits. The driveway
being over 100' long would take up 60% of the allowable impervious
cover. In order to deal with this, we received a variance from the City
of West Lake Hills to construct a strip driveway thereby allowing us to
complete the project.
