This custom residence was designed for a beautiful lot in Vista Pointe. The clients had a challenging program, they wanted to take advantage of two different lake views that were approximately 6-12' above finished grade.
The solution was to place the garage under the main level, allowing the main level to attain the primary lake view. The second floor above the master would attain the secondary lake view. An abundance of covered porches would allow for fantastic outdoor living.
