A site specific design is critical for a home with as beautiful of a lot as this Spanish Oaks gem.  Heavily treed with Spanish Oaks and Live Oaks the Design Concept wraps the home around the trees and takes advantage of the corner lot.

Custom builder, Richard and Lorie Bright's home was honored with the 2007 Home Builders Association of Greater Austin Max Award for "Best Custom 750,000 -1,000,000".

This is the second home that Architect, Elliot Johnson, has designed for the Brights.  The home has numerous custom features that were important aspects of daily life, these included a seperate entry for Richard's clients, and a computer niche for his clutter.

For Lorie we designed the end all, be all walk-in closet, a butler pantry, outdoor living area, and a spectacular utility room.

And for the kids, we included a study area immediately adjacent to the kitchen, a great game room, and a fabulous media room.

"I have worked with Elliot for over 15 years and I have built over 38 of Elliot's home designs. He has always produced what I or my clients have requested with creative and livable designs in a timely manner.

Many of the projects have had challenging build sites and Elliot is very good at designing interesting and efficient designs that work with the site.

I will continue to use Elliot for my personal and spec home projects and recommend him to anyone looking for an architect."
