Russell Eppright Custom Homes has an in-house residential designer, however, being impressed with a custom home design that we completed for the Lasseter's, they chose to give us the opportunity to design a speculative home.
The home had a great downtown view from the front of the residence, therefore, we positioned the pool and outdoor living areas to take advantage.
The home sold in a difficult market, the mark of a great design. Subsequently, Doug Clark, of Russell Eppright Custom Homes has commissioned two additional projects, including 417 Grace Lane West and one in the Estates of Eanes Creek.
