This design won the 2008 HBA Max Award Best Design;

This is the second personal home that I have designed for the builder, Matt Sitra. And, at the same time we designed a home for his mother, Debbie Teague. I also recently designed a third house, for Matt and Shauna Sitra, you can also see the first house.
The community is very traditional, so therefore, the homes style reflects a very comfortable and family friendly lifestyle. The floor plan is very open with a huge entertaining kitchen, outdoor living, and outdoor kitchen.
