The clients, David + Wanda Tocco came to me wanting to design an extremely green retirement home. The home is designed with a 10" thick ICF throught the first and second floor. Although the home is not in the City of Austin, it will be rated by the City of Austin Green Building Program, and should attain a five-star rating.
