The Mendenhall's hired Tom Hodd, to build their new home on a 800 acre ranch in Burnet. Tom and I have worked on numerous custom project together, he contacted me and we drove out to Burnet and spent the day meeting with the Mendenhall's on thier lot. The design of the house focuses down a canyon from the great room, towards the rear, sitting on a hill-side to protect the home from Northern winds.
