The hill country contemporary home at 7704 Lenape built by Keith Durio of JKD Builders was featured in the
2012 HBA Parade of Homes in October. We were really pleased during our time spent at the home on the weekends of the Parade that a very common comment by visitors was that the home was very livable.
Additional validation came when the home won the awards for Best Floorplan, Best Outdoor Living, Best Study, and Best Green Feature.
