This custom home was designed for an Austin in-fill lot within the Barton Hills Neighborhood. The clients wanted to take advantage of a third story city view without minimizing the interference with thier neighbors third floor view.
The home had to comply with the City of Austin's Mcmansion Ordinance, and the 32' maximum height limit.
