Native will feature a 10,000 gallon rainwater system, 7.5kw Solar PV Arry, and Geothermal heating and cool.
The goal of the project is to be Net-Zero. Some passive solar design elements, include large overhangs and attention to the orientation.
Additional features include Spray foam insulation in the walls and at the roof deck, Anderson windows, Kynar coated metal roofing, Energy Star appliances, dual flush toilets, high efficiency lighting, stained concrete.
