This home was designed to be net-zero, however, many factors can influence wether a home is functionally net-zero. This can include the plans and specifications being followed, pools, electric cars, and overall homeowner habits.
This project to be built by Native in Wimberly, is a great elecectic farm house style home.

The goal of the project is to be Net-Zero. Some passive solar design elements, include large overhangs and attention to the orientation.

Additional features include Spray foam insulation in the walls and at the roof deck, Anderson windows, Kynar coated metal roofing, Energy Star appliances, dual flush toilets, high efficiency lighting, stained concrete.

"Elliot is an amazing, creative genius. The home he designed for us was exactly what I hadn't envisioned, it was better than anything I could've imagined. We expressed our needs, some design elements we liked and he produced a "modern farmhouse" that any HGTV junkie would die for. What I love the most about our home design is the open floor plan, natural flow of the space and multifunctional rooms, elements necessary for a modern family lifestyle."

"A few words that characterize Elliot: extremely professional, thoughtful, friendly, problem solver, truly listens to his clients and produces work fast."
