David and Erika Stallard were referred to my by Tommy Cokins. I have done numerous homes for Tommy Cokins and his brother Chris Cokins.
The Stallards went and talked with Partners in Building, but ultimately came back to Chris Cokins, CA Builders.
Elliot was great! He took our ideas and crafted a plan we love that fit both our budget and our timetable.
He was especially good at final tweaks to get what we really wanted, e.g., my wife wanted more cabinet space in the kitchen, so Elliot creatively reworked one end of the kitchen and adjacent laundry room & powder bath to make it all work.
We couldn't have been more pleased with the process and his final work product.
