Ryan and Annie Gravelle were referred to me by Adam Boening of Brohn Homes. I have been doing work with Brohn Homes for over ten years.
After visting two lots, Adam and I helped the clients select the more buildable and livable lot.
The lot came with a set of plan, and after a brief discussion, it was clear that a custom design made a lot more sense.

He of course has a great eye and design sensibilities, but is very focused on uses of space/minimizing dead space and overall plan efficiency.
He is direct and gave us candid feedback during brainstorming about how certain features or visions would translate as cost line items, which was a tremendous help to us in staying within our projected build budget. Elliot does not design in a vacuum or with magazine covers front in mind, so the value is unparalleled. Even so, the design is very aesthetically pleasing and each builder we showed the plans to commented on how well-done the layout was. We feel Elliot delivered as advertised."
