This project is a remodel/addition to a house I did for Richard Bright in Belvedere.

The remodel is adding a second floor bedroom and a lot of designer changes, the addition is a one-storey 'guest house' in the back.

The guest house incorporates a butterfly roof, the first one that I have done in my 20 year career!
