A unique home for Creekside at Flintrock Falls. This the fifth home I have done for Jim Lavender.
Jim's brainchild was to do a modern 'Dogtrot' farmhouse.
There are two wings of the home, connected by a conditioned 'breezeway' and also connected via the second floor. The challenge was to figure out what elements needed to be in each wing. I think it turned out well, and was a great collaboration between Builder and Architect.
