This is the second home I have worked with Group 3 on. This lot was very unique. The builder had 'flatten' the lot, creating an 18' +/- cut.
This created a great flat area to build this unique courtyard home, with fantastic hill country views.
In 2022 the Robinson Residence was awarded the Max Award Best Master Bath - Custom Home, and the Max Award Backyard Amenity - Custom Home.
