This is the third custom home that I have colloborated with Tony Holt, Holt + Zbranek. A wonderful Hill country lot with a great long distane view.
The site for the home was high up on the hill with the view towards the front, so the home design was flipped with the pool and outdoor living facing the front.
I'm the owner of Zbranek & Holt Custom Homes in Austin Texas and we had the pleasure of working with Elliot along side our client to design a wonderful new home.
The process was smooth and communication was excellent.
Elliot was a pleasure to work with and designed a beautiful home that was able to be built efficiently.
When questions came up, Elliot was responsive.
Bottom line is that this is how it is supposed to go!
In a world of negative reviews and frustration, it was refreshing to work with Elliot and we can't wait to build another one of his unique quality designed homes.
