Tony + Christina Ciola were referred to me by Jenny Cokins.

The site for the home is a long linear site with expansive Hill Country View. The Ciola's wanted to screen the neighbors home, as such the casita helps to frame out the neighbor, while allowing for maximizing the view.

The house creates a courtyard around the pool without enclosing it.

This is the first project that I have worked on with Chris Carson of Fine Line Austin, LLC, I am excited to see the finished project.
