This one was a challenge.
I do a lot of projects for Tom Hodd, Sunrise Builders.
Tom wanted to grab a view of the lake from the corner of the lot, and to avoid the potential house across the street from blocking his view.
In addition, this lot has some significant topography on it. I designed it with the garage on the lower level, with the main bedroom on a split level. A front facing outdoor living positioned over the garage.
