Another great Net-Zero House designed in collaboration with Native.
Kim and Ryan came to me to design this super energy efficient home, and asked about who should build it. The first builder that came to mind was Nick Ryza with Native.
After the design was completed the clients decided to switch lots, luckily it was from one acreage lot with great trees, to another acreage lot with great trees.
We were referred to Elliot by some friends in Austin for our modern ranch house design. He has a proven track record of designing custom luxury homes and his pricing for a custom plan was competitive with other established architects in our area. He worked efficiently and met with us both at the build site and at his office throughout the design process.
I highly recommend Elliot for his ability to listen to clients & translate words into a vision of their dream house.
He is collaborative throughout the revision process and keeps everyone mindful of the timeline.
