We had a list of things we wanted in a house and I never thought we would be able to get them all. On our first meeting, Elliot drew a rough sketch of a floor plan and it was fundamentally what we used for the final form.

He is good at listening and able to turn a vague concept into something on paper. Elliot is lightning-fast in response time and I never felt like I was waiting on him - actually, I think he was waiting on us at a few points!

He's not the most warm and fuzzy, and he sidesteps "This or that?" decisions, preferring that the homeowner make the choices.

In the end that caused us to really evaluate our options and figure out what (hopefully) will work best for our needs.
