I have done a number of projects for Nick Ryza of Native.

This project was really interesting. It is on a large lot in Summit Springs, but the actual home location is lower on a small pennisula.

And as usual, this will be a Net-Zero capable home, with 2x6 walls, rainwater collection, and solar panels.
