The client came to me to do a really cool Airbnb that could serve as a family retreat sleeping 18-24, yet be designed so that at a future date could be sold as a single family residence.

Cool features include the builtin bunk nooks in the bedrooms, which in the future could be the closet for each bedroom. In addition the dedicated bunk room and game room, with two queens and two twins, can double as a future bedroom.

Each bedroom has a private bath. And the primary bedroom's closet also doubles as a sleeping area.

Wow, what a spectacular, absolutely pristine house. It even still had new house smell. We had five families gathered to celebrate Thanksgiving, ranging in age from 3 to 77, and everyone loved it. I truly cannot imagine what else you could ask for:


  • The number and distribution of bedrooms and beds allowed for a range of sleeping options for our large and varied group,
  • There five very nice full baths with great water pressure and hot water,
  • The well stocked kitchen had a fantastic layout for gathering and high end appliances,
  • There were TV's throughout,
  • The beds were comfortable,
  • The stylish and tasteful decor created a wonderful ambiance,
  • The outdoor amenities were exactly as described and we used them all a LOT...basketball, pickleball, putting green, outdoor tv and firepit, hot tub, several of us even got in the pool in November.
