A really cool modern Aframe design with detached ADU in South Austin.
Landon always gives me the opportunity to work outside the box to create something unqiue.
However, the structure for the home is unqiue and complicated. The first engineer decided not to continue with the project, in the middle of the process, this led me to introducing Landon to Ben Feldt.
"After working with another architect for over 10 years our schedules conflicted and I was forced to find somebody new. This part of the process can really make or break the entire project so I was a little hesitant to use somebody new.
When I found Elliot Johnson at images of..., we quickly connected and together (created) some of my favorite plans to date. The design and floor plan were both very appealing and layed out well.
He gave me City ready plans and just under 5 weeks. It was also nice to know that he has designed many homes in the city of Austin and very familiar with mcmansion rules. I expect it to be a clean run through the city.
I will definitely plan on giving him the first shot on my next development."
