This French Country inspired home, is large and open, with great outdoor porches to the rear yard. The Master is off one side of the house, while a guest room is off the other. The stairs are secluded to allow privacy for the upstairs bedrooms, and to not allow a lot of noise from the kids upstairs to interfere downstairs.
This is the second of three homes that I have designed for the Kennedy's. The last house is a 2,677 s.f. home on Zyle Road in South Travis County.
The first home I did for the Kennedy's was a 2,430 s.f. home on La Jolla in Lake Austin Estates.
